Available payment methods are shown at secure checkout after you enter your shipping information. Options can vary by country, currency, device, and payment eligibility.

Available options

Depending on your checkout, options may include major credit and debit cards and accelerated payment methods such as Apple Pay or Google Pay. The payment buttons displayed at checkout are the current available options for your order.

Payment security

Payments are processed through Shopify’s secure checkout. Chikky does not receive or store your complete payment card number. Never send card details by email or contact form.

Failed or pending payments

If a payment fails, confirm your billing address and try an available alternative. If your bank shows a pending authorization but you do not have an order confirmation, do not place a duplicate order until you check with us.

Order total

Review the product subtotal, shipping charge, taxes where shown, discounts, and final total before selecting the payment button. The checkout total is the amount submitted for authorization.
